In 2008, he transitioned to the HQ Division of Construction as a Senior Specialist, where he developed both in-class and eLearning courses, leveraging technology to enhance employee training and engagement. From 2017 to 2019, Mohan served as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Engineer before taking on the role of Project Manager in District 3. |
